These conditions regulate sales made through the LunaMia store.

By placing an order, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted these conditions.

 

1. Products

All pieces are handmade and may present small variations in colour, shape, or finish. These differences do not constitute a defect but are inherent characteristics of the artisanal process.

 

2. Store Operation

The store operates on a limited opening schedule, occurring one to two times a month.

Orders are subject to availability and a maximum production limit per opening.

LunaMia reserves the right to close the store once this limit is reached.

 

3. Orders

Once an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed, except in exceptional circumstances and at the store's discretion.

LunaMia reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of error, suspected fraud, misuse of the website, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

4. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed correspond to the final product value at the time of purchase.

Payment is made at the time of order through the methods available in the store.

 

5. Production

Items may be available in stock or produced after the order, depending on availability at the time of purchase.

If a product is not available, production will begin after order confirmation, and the indicated production times may apply.

The estimated production time can vary between 7 to 20 business days and may be subject to change during periods of higher order volume or exceptional situations.

 

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping details are correct.

LunaMia is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers after shipping.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be re-sent upon payment of new shipping costs.

 

7. Order Receipt

Upon delivery, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and products.

Any anomaly must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.

After this period, no complaints will be accepted.

 

8. Responsibility

LunaMia cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products or natural wear and tear from their use.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the store, including images, text, and design, is the property of LunaMia and cannot be used, reproduced, or distributed without authorisation.

 

10. Data Protection

The customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

 

11. Changes

LunaMia reserves the right to change these conditions at any time, with the conditions in force at the time of the order being applicable.
