Exchanges and returns
Each LunaMia piece is handmade and made to order, with time, care, and attention to detail.
For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges of earrings, hoops, or any components are not accepted, except in cases of proven defect or error attributable to the store.
If you receive a damaged or non-compliant item, you must contact us by email within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order, stating the order number and attaching photographs of the product.
After this period, no complaints will be accepted.
Any return can only be made after prior written validation by the store.
Products must be returned in their original, unused, undamaged, and properly packaged condition.
Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.
Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of store error or product defect.
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of the products, as well as for hygiene reasons, the right of free resolution (return) is not applicable under the legally established terms for this type of goods.
LunaMia reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions described above.
By making a purchase, the customer declares to have read and accepted these conditions.
